During extended testing reported by @Fuzzbawls the ping feature seems to be causing crashing of PET4L.
This PR removes the functionality and retains the block information from the RPC.
What it did was rename the
lastPingBoxtolastBlockBoxand removes the ping functionality and updates.Updates still remain for block number.
