Code Review
This pull request introduces the basic UI structure for a new 'FlashCard' feature. It adds a new page, sets up the necessary routing, and includes a link in the sidebar menu. My review focuses on improving code consistency, maintainability, and user interface clarity. I've suggested using a more descriptive icon and title for the new menu item, aligning the new Vue component with project conventions, and making the new route name more specific for future scalability.

The icon class i-solar-document-add-bold
is already used for the "Report" menu item, which can be confusing for users. It's recommended to use a distinct icon that semantically represents flashcards. Additionally, for consistency with other menu items like "Quiz Management", the title should be "Flashcards" or "Flash Cards" instead of "FlashCard".

title: 'Flashcards',

The route name 'flash-card'
is a bit generic. If you plan to add more routes related to flashcards later (e.g., for creating or viewing a specific flashcard set), it would be better to use a more specific name like 'flash-card-index'
. This improves long-term maintainability.
