I had to change this to be able to compile it on my Gentoo desktop, where I have a system-wide install of FLTK.
I also changed the errors for FLTKINCDIR and FLTKLIBDIR to be Apple-specific as CMake can find the system FLTK just fine without them on my machine.
This should still work with in-place FLTK, as the same method is used on Windows, however FLTKINCDIR and FLTKLIBDIR will still have to be specified. Hopefully the silencing of the errors doesn't cause too many issues.
