Here What I did to the project is explained briefly in points:
1) Upgrading the dependencies to latest version of requirements.txt file
2) Upgrade from Django version 2 to version 3.0.3
3) Adding tagging functionality to particular blog post using django_taggit library
4) Updating the Readme.md file that give instructions how to run the project in their machines locally
5) Adding some line of HTML codes to show tags in index.html and post_detail.html
