Updated Python version requirements and modernized dependencies in pyproject.toml. Added instructions for UV-based installation to README.md. Added requirements.txt and uv.lock for UV dependency management. Made minor code changes in several source files to support updated dependencies and Python versions.
Updated file path strings to use raw string literals for Windows compatibility in configuration and Thorlabs device API modules. Improved the camera analysis test by making random number generation deterministic and using fixed parameters, with assertions based on theoretical estimator errors for more robust testing.
Updated CI workflow to test against Python 3.9 and 3.13. Adjusted pyproject.toml to support Python >=3.9.7 and added relevant classifiers for Python 3.9 and 3.10.
Updates pyproject.toml, requirements.txt, and uv.lock to reflect changes in Python dependencies and their versions.
Renamed rowheader to row_header and tablecolheader to table_col_header for consistency. Updated row insertion logic to use insertRow instead of addRow, ensuring correct row placement and selection. Replaced deprecated DataFrame.append with pd.concat in multiple locations. Improved popup menu naming and event handling in MultiPositionRowHeader. Adjusted column header initialization and styling in MultiPositionColumnHeader.
