Release v2.4.3

This release adds a new configuration option "Auto-Detect Additional Entities" for inverters which don't respond well to discovery for these options (issue #394). This option should be disabled as a workaround inverters that time out on these entities during setup.

We also no longer check for duplicate meter serial numbers and will add all meter devices that are detected. This was brought up in discussions #410 as a possibility for dual-function meters, where the serial number may naturally be duplicated since it's the same physical meter split in firmware.
