This started with #3028 but I needed to rebase to get it to build and I ended up incorporating several more edits:

  • Clarify network_ledger field of server_info and server_state API methods
  • Remove Reporting Mode only information from server_info and server_state (see: Remove rippled Reporting Mode #2957)
  • Refactor some of the nested fields out of the main table to improve clarity.
