Preserve speed with disabled animations

Preserve animation speed when system animations are disabled

Set animationBehavior to AnimationBehavior.preserve in the carousel's AnimationController to prevent shortening animation duration when system animations are disabled, fixing abnormal carousel speed.

Changes:

• Use animationBehavior: AnimationBehavior.preserve in AnimationController

Impact:

• Carousel animation speed stays consistent regardless of system animation settings
