Adds a template folder for use on JASMIN - succesfully tested on the LOTUS cluster.
Moved the manual Julia installation file to the BAS folder - as an extra option due to current Julia module not working.
Julia installation on JASMIN can be handled by
juliaup- the cluster is more forgiving with the default installation location than the BAS HPC.Current
template.yamlassumes uses the DIT GWS - I am aware there is a WAVI one as well, so we could change this to be the default, however the expectation is that this filepath is edited anway.Documentation for this template included in #11 .
