This release contains fixed errors in mapping resource names for K8S resources and a better documentation.

There's a Docker Image located in Docker Hub repo bsantacruz/alpine-kubectl:1.0 which includes all needed binaries, if you want to create your customize image feel free to build your own with the Dockerfile.
