Thank you for maintaining this excellent resource for the community. In this PR, we request to add two LLM-based AI agents that are highly relevant to the data science domain:
GenoTEX - An LLM agent benchmark for automated gene expression data analysis. This work provides expert-curated annotations for dataset selection, preprocessing, and statistical analysis, and has been accepted as an Oral paper at MLCB 2025.
GenoMAS - A multi-agent framework for scientific discovery via code-driven gene expression analysis. This system integrates structured workflows with autonomous agent adaptability, enabling robust automation of complex genomic analysis tasks.
Both tools are specifically designed for data scientists working with genomic data and demonstrate the application of LLM agents to real-world scientific data analysis workflows. They fit naturally in the "Data Science And AI Agents" section alongside other tools like PandasAI and Jupyter Agent.
The entries follow the existing format of the repository, including links to papers, websites, and GitHub repositories.
Thank you for considering our request.
