Add Perplexity citations

Description

Added citation support for responses from Perplexity API to address #2404.

Additional Notes

Previously, the API's citations were not handled by the application. Users would see citations like [1] [2] in-text, but their corresponding links were not provided.
Now, they are captured in the response and applied at the end of the message with accessible links, as shown in the screenshot.
