In the Kling nodes, validate that input videos adhere to the requirements set by the API (dimensions in range [720,1980]px and duration in range [2,10]s). Prevents the user having to send the request and learning the hard way that the video can only be a certain range of sizes and durations. Also add the information to the nodes' tooltips.
