As discussed in #58, this PR adds BIP86 support in this library. I've tested my use case (and also included a test for that) but please review whether it's correctly implemented for other use cases.
This PR is against the current master but I've actually written it against this PR (as I need that functionality), so now the other PR is slightly outdated as it doesn't support taproot. Not sure what's the cleanest approach to eventually have both extended public keys with taproot? Let me know what you'd prefer.
