mark functions to verify email addresses as depracted and add function to verify domains. Add a function to get all ConfigurationSets. Add functions to update account status and request the information about the accoutn status, add function to verify and manage dkim.

This PR will add new functions and mark depracted functions as depracted.
New functions:
Also the functions to create/verify and delete email addresses are marked as depracted (by aws). The new functions to manage identities (domains and email addresses) are added.
