Feature: SIMPL test results based on SIMPL-OPEN 1.0

• This is the first edition of the SIMPL test results.
• The test was conducted on an IONOS Kubernetes deployment of SIMPL OPEN version 1.0. The test includes tests same as EDC connector and an assessment of the vocabulary hub of SIMPL.
• I didn't run over the webpage deployment git action, first I think we need to agree on the content @caspervg.

The EC was very interested in the results of Simpl in our testing facility: thanks once again for carrying out the tests!

They saw no issue with publishing the Simpl results on the deployemds.dev website and emphasised that these would be valuable for other projects as well. One thing they requested was to add a clear disclaimer that these results reflect a snapshot in time of the Simpl MVP, which will evolve and add new features over time. Ideally, we should indicate when / on what version the testing was performed.

Could you add such a disclaimer to the test result matrix page, and make sure that the test result matrix displays also the Simpl results alongside the existing EDC and FIWARE results?
