What are we trying to solve with this? I will need to test this with some complex extensions please dont merge I understand we need to support python>3.10, I dont understand why we need to attempt to build for a different version of python than the current interpreter |

There are customers that have locked python versions installed on their system (e.g. 3.12) and can't switch. This feature enables them to use the SDK |
