Hack: createTestIndexer

For this to be usable:

• Migrate to Vitest as a testing framework
  • Might require migrating to ESM before this
• Should skip chains that are not selected in the process; otherwise they don't give back the process
• Initialize the db with effect cache and write updates after tests
• Cache sources for running in the watch mode
• Support running test indexers concurrently
• Clean up indexer.history() method to return in a more user friendly format
• Stop using Env.Db.publicSchema directly
