Summary

preserve @extend and @include lines when collecting rule contents
deduplicate CSS properties only by full property/value pair

Testing

npm run compile
npm run lint
npm test (fails: ENOENT; VS Code tests cannot run in this environment)


          fix: retain scss directives and unique props
