Adding a "turn off point" option, being amount of pixels under which all items will be moved outside the dropdown (so it works just opposite to the "breakPoint" option).
Also, added event.target.parentNode !== _this.querySelector(navDropdownToggle) so the toggle button can still work properly when it has some inner element (e.g. span or i being font icon).
