- bumps versions of `libseccomp`, `liburing`, `qemu`, and Rust stable - use `softprops/action-gh-release@v1` to makes GitHub Actions smaller and fixes an issue by actually building `vmrt` and `vgabios` instead of copying binary blobs from the `poc` subfolder ... - adds Nix Flakes build and developer shell definitions (using `crane` for more granularity) - adds config files for `direnv`, `.editorconfig`, and `treefmt`
