This graphical user interface (GUI) is designed to visualize the spatial profile of compounds from ATR FTIR measurements conducted using Bruker ATR equipment. The data saved from Bruker's software is saved in .mat format.
To run the Matlab viewer, write Hyperspectral_Data_Visualization_GUI_Line in the Matlab command window. This will open the Matlab graphical user interface as shown below. This interface is interactive and you can change the values as per your need.
Note: The default values gives the vertical lines over the 3D spectral profile. While running this program, ensure all the .m files are in the same folder.
