update document preview parts

What does this PR do?

With this PR, I try to update readme document with an alternative for people using Mac to contribute to document.
I know to play with Diffusion model a GPU is needed, but for documentation. I hope we don't make GPU as hard dependency.

Fixes # (issue)

• Add hint for nodejs and pip version.
• With latest doc-builder project, as it's vite project in kit folder, the default port is not 3000.
• Add alternative for container solution(as link to solution on doc-builder issue on github) to build html file locally.
