Refreshes the community pipeline docs by removing some of the bloat from it.

Overall, looking very neat! Should we try to keep a list of the example we already had?

I think its probably cleaner overall (and less maintenance) to refer users to the examples folder so they can see for themselves what's available instead of us selecting a few examples which might not resonate with them.
