This PR handles the bug #430 by adding the encoding/decoding of the
Auxfield insideBaseChannelProposal.It also reduces the number of exchange messages in
wire/net/simple/bus_internal_test.go. This ensures that the test case will have a reasonable time to finish the test.Location
