The branch protection rules for main and develop have not been configured.
I verified in the repository settings that no protection rules exist ("Classic branch protections have not been configured").
The PR only changes the release.yml workflow and does not implement any branch protection.
Please configure the branch protection rules manually via GitHub repository settings, as required by the acceptance criteria.
