Establish the foundational Vue.js version of the InfiniteTable DataGrid component to extend its availability.
This PR sets up the
source-vue/project, migrates shared TypeScript logic and styles, and converts four core components (LoadMask,CheckBox,StringFilterEditor,NumberFilterEditor) along with initial Vue composables. It also includes comprehensive documentation outlining the conversion strategy for the remaining components, laying the groundwork for a full Vue.js port while maintaining API compatibility.
