I’m Jean Emmanuel CADET, a Full-Stack Software Engineer with a deep love for crafting meaningful digital experiences.
I started programming in 2018, originally working with JavaScript, React.js, and PostgreSQL. A few years later, I discovered Ruby, and that changed everything. Since then, I’ve been building full-stack applications with Ruby on Rails, combining elegant backend logic with modern frontends powered by TypeScript, React.js, and Next.js.
Before transitioning into software, I spent over 13 years in the media industry, including 5 years as a Technical Director. There, I led technical teams, helped build a streaming platform used by millions, and managed large-scale infrastructure projects.
Today, I build scalable, user-centered applications using Rails, SQLite/PostgreSQL, and modern web technologies. I’m passionate about clean architecture, developer experience, and solving real-world problems through thoughtful code.
