Issues that need to be addressed by the last RC pre-release. These will mainly track any bugs discovered after the first v3.0.0rc0 release, and should be mostly empty until that release is done.

After this milestone is complete, we can cut the v3.0.0 major release! We can then begin working on the v3.x.x milestone.
