Genomics 2 Proteins portal is a platform for connecting genetic readouts to protein sequence and structure. Users can visualize variants from clinical and population databases alongside protein sequence annotations and protein structural features. They can visualize annotations on the protein sequence and mapped to PDB, AlphaFold, and user uploaded protein structures.
Users can also upload and visualize variants, screening results, and annotations.
