What this PR does / why we need it:
Added logic to capture the original
.spec.paused
values of Clusters and the paused annotations of ClusterClasses before moving objects to a directory, and restore them afterward. This ensures that the paused state is not inadvertently altered during the directory move operation.Which issue(s) this PR fixes:
