The driver is deprecated since labgrid v0.3.0 (released in 2020). It's time to remove it. Signed-off-by: Bastian Krause <bst@pengutronix.de>

The NetworkUSBStorageDriver is deprecated since labgrid v0.3.0 (released in 2020). It's time to remove it.
