Oppdaterer okhttp til 5.1, samme som brukes av Ktor 3.3.x.
La til enkel reimplementasjon av av toHostHeader fra okhttp Util som nå er merket 'internal', noe som fører til feil når dagens mock-oauth2-server brukes i ktor 3.3.x prosjekter.
