According to accessibility rules layout tables exist merely to position
content visually and should not be used in HTML5.
Screen readers may interpret them as data tables (i.e., announcing
column and row numbers) etc). To change that in GWT would be a bigger
task. So as a minor improvement those tables should be marked as layout
tables. This can be done by assigning the role="presentation" to ensure
it is not identified as a table to screen reader users.

Implement Java 8 String.split() semantics (gwtproject#10054)

In Java 8, String.split() changed to not return an initial empty string
on a zero-width match. This patch brings GWT's String emulation in
compliance with that specification change.

Added additional tests for non-zero-width matches and verifying behavior
on all-empty matches. Compile time constant tests also updated to match.

GWT is a great tool to bring interactivity in ebooks to a whole new
level. Unfortunately, the epub v3 specs are still based on XHTML... even
though the newer bells and whistles of HTML5 are acceptable too.

With respect to GWT, issue arise solely due to the `&nbsp;` character
entity, which is undefined in `XHTML`. Once replaced by `&#xA0;` GWT
works like a charm inside any epub (and javascript capable reader).

This PR does just that by replacing those characters but only where it
matters, e.g. no replacements under the `test` or `samples` directories.

Deprecate Util for removal (gwtproject#10143)

This class is intended to be "less public" than Utility (deprecated in
gwtproject#10083), but is just as accessible to developers as Util is. Like
Utility, many methods could be replaced by either newer JRE method or
Guava. Some implementations were too general, or masked errors by
returning null, unnecessarily buffered in-memory reads/writes, these
have been updated as part of this patch.

Hashing changes were merged in gwtproject#10102.

The patch slightly increases the size of the project, but will be by far
a net decrease after Util.java itself is removed.

The class itself has been deprecated for removal, allowing downstream
Generators/Linkers/etc time to update.
