Pull Request Overview
Adds a CI step to build the comps-base image from the GenAIComps repo for AgentQnA testing.
- Clones (if missing) and navigates into the GenAIComps repository, printing the current commit SHA.
- Builds the
comps-base:${TAG}Docker image without cache, passing proxy arguments. - Returns to the original directory and pauses briefly to ensure cleanup.
