This PR adds a dependency to Pastels https://github.com/Ducasse/Pastels
Which is Stef's repo with custom themes. I think that we should add them by default in Pharo.
Normally IDEs offer a wide variety of themes to customize them.
Like this, we will give users more choices to choose a default theme. Currently, we only have 3 (light, dark and darkblue). With this PR, we will have 7 default themes from which users can choose.
