Text positioning fixes & Build process update

This fixes two issues with text positioning:

• An issue where "left" and "top" offset values from Animate were ignored on publish for left-aligned text boxes, with only transform x and y values being considered instead. (note: transform and offset values can be seen in the XML files of an Animate XFL, but in Animate's user-facing UI, they're combined into just "x" and "y" values).
• An issue where published text boxes' x and y positions are offset by 2 pixels from where they appear in Animate.

This also updates the build process for compiling on/for Apple Silicon devices.
