ok I had this issue at first, but it was resolved after I ran these commands:
make clean
cmake ..
make
sudo make install
After that, I was able to successfully compile my program using this command:

g++ -o logs ../examples/messaging/messages/listProviderLogs.cpp -I/usr/local/include/AppwriteSDK -L/usr/local/lib -lAppwriteSDK -lcurl

I tested it with the provider IDs for these four providers, and it ran correctly, even though it gave me zero logs at first .
