Rename 1.x Compatibility Add-on Library to Data & Events

Rename reflects more accurately the scope of that add on; which reinstates some deprecated data structures, as well as how data from events is provided

Addresses processing/p5.js-compatibility#26

(No code changes)

• has no linting errors (npm run lint)
• has no test errors (npm run test)
• is from a uniquely-named feature branch and is up to date with the develop branch.
• is descriptively named and links to an issue number, i.e. Fixes #123
