Attendees will learn about quantum chemistry on quantum computers, by learning about the basics, some active research directions, and how noise plays a role in these calculations. Attendees will also learn how to use qBraid’s platform to accelerate quantum research and development by accessing many tools and hardware providers in one location.

- 1:30 - 1:50: Introduction to quantum chemistry
- 1:50 - 2:30: Running quantum chemistry calculations (Introduction_to_QC_and_mappings.ipynb)
Session 2 (3-4:30pm)

- 3:10 - 3:25: Introduction to VQE
- 3:25 - 3:45: Hands-on Intro to VQA
- 3:45 - 4:05: Hands-on Intermediate VQA
- 4:05 - 4:30: Active research directions & noise
