The real Monterey Update

(quick update to 1.1 because the solution to something that had stumped me hit me while creating the 1.1 release)

• fixed the Big Sur catalog URL (11.6.1 now appears in the list)
• (v1.1) some compatibility changes to make it work better on macOS 12 Monterey
• (v1.1) UI should now work better with VoiceOver

Monterey Update

• this app has worked for downloading the Monterey Install Assistant before, but now it does it better added an icon for Monterey and it should now use the correct software catalog URL
• some UI fixes so the app should work better with VoiceOver (probably still not perfect)
