What this PR does / why we need it:
This PR replaces the default
gpt-3.5-turbomodel withgpt-4o-minito prepare for the upcoming model retirement no later than October 1, 2024.Additionally, OpenAI recommends that
gpt-4o-minishould be used in place ofgpt-3.5-turbo, as it is cheaper, more capable, multimodal, and just as fast.Which issue(s) this PR fixes (optional, using
