feat(poc): Rebuild the PoC Dapp with React

closes #73

Not perfect, but it's a start, what's missing:

• doesn't check if the input balance > the owned one
• supported erc20 approvals, but there's no check of the amount
• needs refactoring to clean up the send modal
• stick closer to the design for send UI
• needs some transitions for the display of assets
• we may only show sweep for routes we actually support (only USDC right now)?
