To use:

1. Download the files and open menuBarAppTemplateApp.swift
2. Change the name of the app, views, files, targets, etc.
3. Change the Bundle Identifier of the MacOS target (it's in Signing & Capabilities)
4. Go make a cool app! No attribution required.
