Rework Import and connectors docs for Azure launch

There are too many tabs on the Import from console page now. I suggest the local/s3 tabs (second set on the page) be reworked into subheaders

I tried to navigate to TigerLake page in the rendered docs and that's what I see there:

@minkimipt can you elaborate, please? Does this page not render for you? Do the pricing plans in the widget look wrong?
