Some adjustments of glossy-300.scm to also work with GIMP 2.8, i.e. it now supports all versions from GIMP 2.8 to GIMP 3.0.

…t now supports all versions from GIMP 2.8 to GIMP 3.0.

I think I'll leave Glossy 300 (Galaxy) as it is... Glossy was already for Gimp 2.8, it wouldn't make sense to have worked so hard to make Gimp 3.0 and get the filter to work on Gimp 3.0.

The motivation of the GIMP 2.8 patch was to have the same script working on current systems (GIMP 3.0), Ubuntu LTS (GIMP 2.10), as well as on some legacy systems (GIMP 2.8).

Glossy is a regular script-fu of Gimp 2.8, so it's already there, Glossy 300 is the same... it just has a different name to avoid conflict.
