fix: updating workdir to be persistent with relative path

• updating coverage to be executed with respect to working-derectory
• check coverage relative to the workdir path
• get changed files with relative path, ignore file changes outside of the workdir
• adding unit test

Should fix: #300
maybe fix for #173 as well, not enough context on the issue
