My instinct is that the TypeScript and Ubuntu design decisions are a couple levels of abstraction above this project. The SDK tries to not make assumptions about local resources. Maybe a derivative project is better? |

@TriploC this does absolutely nothing to the codebase itself. You'll never even know it exists. It's just helpful for users who do use TypeScript =] |
