Should solve the issue of azure API returning error "extra segments and is not supported for request"

I have updated the new recommended changes in code - this time i am receiving this output but before that i was getting extra segment issue.
UNKNOWN: Operation failed with status: 'Detected invalid query parameter for metric metricnames for apiVersion: 2017-05-01-preview, should be metric'. Details: Detected invalid query parameter for metric metricnames for apiVersion: 2017-05-01-preview, should be metric

I forgot I switched to the 2018-01-01 version of Azure API. |
